General information

Background: The Warren Comprehensive School is a mixed, non-denominational Secondary School for around 1350 students. The schools? staff team works in partnership with parents, governors and students to ensure that all students have the best chance to fulfil their individual potential. Mentors are available to all students as required, and extra classes are also arranged for individual subjects and study skills. The school has a large modern sports hall, floodlit astro-turf and hard courts, playing fields, fitness suite, multipurpose hall, indoor cricket facilities and nets, tennis courts, basketball courts and a gymnasium. The careers service aims to enable students to make confident, well informed and guided decisions about their future. The school has well established links with local employers, who provide meaningful productive work experience for Year 10 students and specialist placements for those following vocational courses. .
