General information

Background: Founded in 1856 for the children of the parish of the Church, All Saints' School moved to a new building in the south of Barnet in 1965. It maintains close links with the Church and, while this association has formed the basis for the Christian-based education at the school, All Saints' values the truly multi-cultural area it serves. Children are encouraged to raise funds for charity, and to nurture the school's links with local charities and older people's homes. The children participate in the annual Barnet Dance Festival and in athletics competitions at Barnet's Copthall Stadium. A party of Year 5 and 6 pupils have the opportunity to take a week long trip the Isle of Wight for a programme of outdoor activities. There is a strong emphasis on religious education and worship, and the school has a strong inclusive spiritual core.
