General information
Background: A voluntary aided school called St Andrews was set up for the children of the parish by the Church of England in 1885 and has served the parish every since. In 1983 it became St Andrew and St Francis School when the two parishes combined. The school aims to provide a safe and caring environment which helps fulfil each child?s potential not only educationally but spiritually, physically and morally. .
