The school has established very good communication with parents, and is very well led and managed. It is now in a strong position to resolve a number of issues such as providing stronger challenges for the most able pupils in years seven and eight in a few subject areas, and eliminating clashes between the sports and academic programmes. The development of the school will be eased further when the head attends the meetings of the Governing Board, which currently does not occur.?.
