General information

Background: Bedgrove Junior School was built in 1963 and a two-storey extension was added in 1972. The school buildings contains 16 classrooms, a music room, an ICT suite and a recently extended and refurbished library. There is also an assembly hall and a covered heated swimming pool. Extra-curricular activities include sporting and musical clubs. The school has two large choirs, recorder groups, a specialist wind band and a 60-piece school orchestra. There are links with the local church and other community groups, and every year money is raised for a specific charity.
