General information

Background: Quarrendon School is a mixed Upper School, serving the boys and girls of Aylesbury and its surrounding villages, from the age of 11. The school campus has recently undergone considerable, structural and aesthetic improvement. It now boasts a dance studio, drama studio, music rooms and five fully equipped ICT rooms in addition to a full range of specialist subject areas. Its sports facilities are superb which include outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, sports hall and extensive fields. The school offers many extra-curricular activities, which include chess, art, music and Young Enterprise Scheme. It also organises regular trips to the theatres, museums and art galleries. Various sporting activities are also available which include football, netball, gymnastics, badminton, swimming, cricket, athletics and tag rugby. The school aims to give its children the experience of school as a caring and supportive community where life is rewarding and enjoyable and where everyone can achieve success.
