Background: The Chalfont Community College is a secondary school and sixth form for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is 11 to 18. The school aims to provide a broad and balanced curriculum. The school has excellent sports facilities, including extensive playing fields and an on site leisure centre. Wide ranges of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. These activities include junior and senior choirs, orchestra, big band rock and pop bands, duke of Edinburgh, technology club, ICT club, science surgery, and homework club. The school aims to provide a safe, secure and stimulated environment.
