General information

Background: Hebden Royd Primary is housed in a Victorian, two-storey building near the centre of Hebden Bridge. Religious education is taught alongside the main curriculum. After-school clubs include netball, chess, orchestra, choir, athletics and drama and before and after school care is provided from 8.00am to 6.00pm in the neighbouring church, with which the school has 'close' links. All pupils attend three all age worship services during the year on a sunday. The school has a special educational needs (SEN) co-ordinator and a support assistant who works with pupils throughout the Key Stages.
