Inspection: January 2004: 'The college provides a good quality of education and a wide curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual students. The teaching is committed and effective and pastoral care is exemplary. Students achieve good standards overall in relation to their abilities. The boarding experience makes a considerable contribution to students? personal and social development. Students appreciate the experience of the college and are strongly motivated to succeed. The different cultures and nationalities integrate well, and relationships among students and with their teachers are very good. Nevertheless, the management and organisation of the college are not as effective as they should be and improvements are needed in terms of structure, monitoring, assessment and development planning.'
