Inspection: October 2001: 'St Mary?s School is a school with many strong features. The leadership given by the head, fully supported by the experienced senior management team, is very effective in promoting the vigorous and collective approach to all areas of school life shown by both teaching and non-teaching staff. The strong Catholic ethos leads to very good provision for pastoral care and personal development. Pupils progress well through the school and achieve results that are good for their ability.
