Background: The school is a voluntary aided school and the governors have some additional responsibilities, including the good up-keep of the building. The school aim is to provide the best possible education for each child within the school, which is both a worshipping and a learning community. It is a place where children learn in a happy, caring and loving environment. The school aims to cater for children as individuals, appreciate their needs and enable them to be as literate and numerate as possible in order to cope with everyday life in a multi-faith and multicultural world.
