General information
Background: The school was founded in 1895, having transferred from the hamlet of Crowan, and is now situated in a quiet, rural locality. It underwent complete modernisation between 1987 and 1994, including the addition of an extension. the school now provides a total of five classrooms with work areas. A computer suite was also recently installed. A full range of curriculum subjects is provided, with extra-curricular activities including crafts, extra tuition in music and a variety of sports.
