General information

Background: Goonhavern School was founded in 1876, but has just moved into new school buildings. Extra curricular activities include football, cross country and athletics. The school is noted for its choir, and was chosen as one of eleven schools for the 'On-the-Line' project 1999-2000, organised by the British Council VSO and Channel Four. .
