General information
Background: Opened in 1963 for the children of High Coniscliffe and surrounding villages; recent addition of new library, classroom, ICT suite. Offers coaching in a variety of sports, including football, rugby, tennis, swimming and athletics to older pupils. Close links with local community and church. School acknowledges that the national curriculum offers minimum entitlement and is constantly looking to meet pupils' academic potential in a variety of ways.
