Background: Clifton CofE Primary School founded in 1854 in traditional brick building in heart of village extended with block for infants and staffroom. The school grounds include field, conservation area and a pond. It has a good reputation in all areas of sport particularly football, swimming and athletics and also known for music with pupils? learning instruments and school orchestra. Children involved in community activities raise money for charity throughout the year. The school offers the children with individual care, a wide range of broader curriculum activities and a chance to develop their individual personalities in a well disciplined, caring family environment based upon a Christian foundation.
