General information

Background: Located in South West Durham in spacious grounds, with a sportshall, gymnasium, swimming pool, ten science laboratories and refurbished technology workshops. Became the first school in County Durham to be designated a Technology College in 1995. IT is a key aspect, there are video conferencing facilities and seven departments have access to the internet. 'The school welcomes applications from non-Catholics, providing there is a faith adherence, as a reference is required from a minister of religion'. 'The school values the individual child and sets out to create a welcoming, but challenging environment in which learning is paramount'. Over-subscribed.
