Background: The Tutorial College of West London is an independent Sixth form and GCSE College. It offers two-year, one-year and one-term courses in a wide range of subjects at GCSE and A-level. The majority of students begin these courses in September but it is also possible to start in January or, occasionally, at other times of the year. The College has two purpose designed computer rooms, three laboratories, a large supervised study room, an art room, common areas, and a small library room. The teaching takes place in small groups of usually no more than eight students. .
