Background: Bonaly School, opened in 1976, is a co-educational and non-denominational. Situated in the Colinton suburb of Edinburgh, it is within easy reach of the Pentland Hills and the Water of Leith. It is a two-site school with the nursery. There are attractive buildings with play areas for the children laid out in grass and tarmac. The school offers a wide range of after-school clubs, which include football teams, basketball club, gym club, short-tennis, netball, dance club, ski club, chess club, choir, scripture union and orchestra. The school aims to educate each pupil to his/her full potential within a secure and welcoming environment.
