General information

Background: Mayflower High School founded in 1976, is in purpose-built accommodation. Facilities include nine science laboratories, five CDT workshops, home economics suite, a business education suite, three computer networks, a range of stand-alone stations plus wireless networking and a library. Sports accommodation includes an indoor swimming pool, a large sports hall, a gym, a music suite with adjoining practice rooms, an art and design suite and a drama studio. Extra-curricular activities include sport, music and art. The school aims to provide facilities and an atmosphere that will enable the pupils to develop intellectually, socially, spiritually and physically.
