General information

Background: The Plume School is an 11-18 comprehensive foundation school of 1,500 students, with more than 260 currently studying in the sixth form college. The school is exceptionally well resourced with modern equipment and up to date textbooks. Specialist facilities for information technology are continually expanded and updated to allow them to prepare all its students to meet the technological demands of the twenty-first century. A new learning and information centre provides an extensive library of books and CD ROMs together with internet access. The school aims to provide a calm and purposeful atmosphere.
