General information
Background: Founded in 1873 on northern coast of Black Isle, overlooking Cromarty Firth; old school due to be replaced by 2005. Four composite classes: P1/2, P2/3, P4/5 and P6/7. Takes part in Ross-shire Schools sports Association activities; also Inverness Music Festival. Out-of-school activities include Cubs, Beavers, Rainbows, Brownies, football, swimming, hockey, cross-country, athletics. Charity fundraising. Active parent-teacher association; school board.
