General information

Background: Opened in 1961, Millburn originally catered for pupils in the first three years of secondary education only. However, the school expanded and in 1967 became a six year secondary school. Classrooms are housed in two main school buildings and a number of huts, which have recently been internally and externally painted. Sports facilities include a games hall, gymnasium, dance studio and playing fields. Although the availability of extra-curricular activities may vary from year to year, the programme generally includes football, hockey, rugby, badminton, athletics, basketball, netball, skiing, scripture union, debating, drama and music.
