General information

Background: Fairholme School is a well-equipped, one-storey building with large playgrounds and substantial playing fields, situated away from traffic and aircraft noise. The building has been adapted for wheelchair use. There are two assembly halls, a separate dining hall and an information and communication suite. Facilities, which are separate from the main building include, additional teaching areas, a music room and a community room. It has a nursery with secure outdoor play facilities. Children throughout the school follow a scheme of work for religious education. Dedicated staff and a number of associations provide extra-curricular activities including gymnastics, art and craft, short tennis, music, athletics, rounders, choir, football, dance and netball. The school aim is to ensure that children from all backgrounds feel that their language, culture and faith is respected and valued in their school.
