Background: Cartwright and Kelsey Church of England Primary School aims to create with the help of all the school community, staff, parents and governors, a secure caring atmosphere and a stimulating environment. The school has a wireless system that allows children to use laptop computers throughout the school buildings and grounds. It has excellent facilities, which it seeks to use to the full.
