Background: Cliftonville, founded in 1976, houses 17 classes in a variety of single-storey buildings. The school is heavily over-subscribed. Extensions to the school hall, playground and library have recently been completed. There is access to an 'extensive' playing field. The school has 'created good links' with the community and the children are 'always willing' to participate in fund-raising activities for local and national charities.
