General information
Background: Serving the villages of Nailstone, Bagworth and Battram, Dove Bank Primary is housed in 'modern' buildings. The grounds contain a playing field, playground, garden, pond and wooded area. Extra-curricular activities include football, hockey, cross country and recorder, art, technology and computer clubs. Pupils work with local industry as part of the MTTA Technology Challenge. Money is raised for a different nominated charity each year. A part-time teacher supports pupils with special educational needs (SEN) of levels two and three and children with statements receive assistance from a peripatetic specialist teacher and classroom assistant.
