General information
Background: Boston High School was opened in 1921, moving to its present site in 1938, and has had recently completed a new buildings programme. Within spacious grounds, including garden area, the school has sporting facilities and fields and a business centre with conference facilities. In terms of extra-curricular activities the Young Enterprise Team reached the National Final for 1999 and in tennis the semi-finals of the Aberdare Cup. In all things pupils are expected to aim high and the ethos of the school aims to promote a harmony between development as individuals and contribution to the school as a whole.
