General information
Background: Founded in 1915, the school moved into its existing accommodation in 1966. 'Substantial' new buildings added since include a science laboratory, classrooms, drama studio and library in 1998 and further classrooms and an ICT/technology room in 2000. It is proud of its 'tradition in excellence' in the performing arts, with a history of 'excellent' productions. Core subjects are 'strong' with English a particular strength. .
