Background: This rural comprehensive school is housed in compact 1950s buildings with later additions in a pleasant Norfolk setting on the periphery of a small market town. In addition to the local area, it also accepts students from the families of services personnel, prison officers and Americans posted to local USAF bases. The school curriculum covers the following subjects: English, mathematics, science, design technology, geography, travel and tourism, history, religious education and citizenship. The school aims to provide a calm, caring and stimulating environment.
