New purpose-built £7 million extension, comprising sports hall, home economics suite, English rooms, learning resource centre, sixth-form centre, lecture theatre, home economics, art and music suites. Extensive ICT provision, with cluster rooms, computers and interactive whiteboards in every department. Extensive range of extra-curricular activities includes orchestra and choirs, rugby, hockey, drama and dance. Strong pastoral programme provides support and guidance for all pupils.Over-subscribed, with 1.3 applications per place.
