Background: The school, built in 1954, is set in extensive grounds close to the centre of Antrim. Nine classrooms have recently been upgraded. Extra-curricular activities provided include choir, orchestra, football, orchestra, hockey, rugby and cricket. Educational visits take place each year local places of interest and to York and France. Pupils collect #5,000 per year on average for charity.
