General information
Background: Highfields is a community co-educational primary school, for children from four years to 11 years. The school aims to provide a broad and balanced curriculum. Extra-curricular activities and cross-curricular events add to the breadth of the curriculum. Children are given many opportunities to extend their ICT skills. The school has a suite of computers, with access to the internet. There are opportunities for extra-curricular music ? choir and percussion. The school also provides opportunities for the children to develop their skills in gymnastics, games, dance, and use of large apparatus and outdoor activities.
