General information

Background: Chantry High School is a secondary school and sixth form for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is 11 to 18. The school aims to provide an appropriate broad and balanced curriculum. It has excellent sports facilities with sports hall, a basketball court, a netball court and a volleyball court. It also has a fitness suite with modern equipment and two gymnasia. There are active school teams in athletics, cricket, cross-country, netball, rugby, basketball and football. Extra-curricular sessions are also run in badminton, short tennis, gymnastics, skipping and in the fitness suite. The school aims to maintain a purposeful working atmosphere where expectations and requirements are clearly communicated and the rights of each individual are safeguarded. .
