General information

Background: Built and opened in 1994, St Botolph's has recently added a nursery unit and a new teaching block. Class sizes are currently kept below 30 pupils, with two classes in each year group. Older pupils have access to the internet and also competitive sports. The school boasts 'strong' inks with other schools in the area and 'numerous' activities are organised to raise funds for the school and charities. There is a special eductaional needs (SEN) co-ordinator who works with class teachers to monitor pupils receiving support. The LEA provides an advisory teacher/educational psychologist to monitor individual children. Individual education programmes are drawn up in conjunction with parents.
