General information
Background: The Willows Church of England Primary School was founded in 1846. The school moved to its present location in Willows North and the buildings were completed in 1973. It is a spacious and well-built school. In September 2004 there will be 270 children on roll. It has a new learning resources suite, with 18 computers networked annd with full access to the internet. All children have a weekly music lessons which includes singing, the playing of simple instruments and, in due course, basic notation and composition. The school aims to offer a happy, safe and secure environment in a family atmosphere.
