General information
Background: Pleasantly situated in the centre of Westbury, 16 miles from Bath. The main school block was built in 1982, though a few classrooms date from the 1920's. Separate design, science and maths blocks were built in the 1970s. Grounds include a pond, stream and sports pitches. Prides itself on regular concerts and plays performed at the 'highest standards', a new music, dance and drama block are to be built. The school is oversubscribed. School ethos is one of 'learning, responsibility, openness and friendliness'.
